Dongguan Zhengyang Packaging & Printing Co., Ltd. marks its 20th anniversary this month. What started as a modest printing processor in Chang’an Town has grown into a certified converter running seven product lines for buyers in more than ten countries.
From one press to a full production line
The factory’s first major milestone was investment in high-precision print capacity: a Heidelberg five-color press and three Komori presses. These were followed by automated die-cutting, lamination and folder-gluing lines — the equipment foundation that lets one factory cover color boxes, gift boxes, hang tags, paper bags, stickers, manuals and cartons.
The certification journey
Exporting to Europe and North America demanded more than good printing. Today the company holds ISO 9001 for quality management, Sedex SMETA for social compliance, FSC Chain of Custody for sustainable paper sourcing, plus CE and RoHS compliance — a combination still uncommon among mid-size Dongguan converters.
What the next decade looks like
The team’s priorities are unchanged: faster sampling, stricter quality control and greener materials. If you have worked with us before, the factory floor you remember is now bigger — the standard of care is the same.
